These constitute the Cycle of Life and form a basis of Chinese Medicine and Daoist spiritual practices. The main focus will be the Five Transformations and the Five Movements of Qi. A one-day workshop will run on Sunday 22 March(22-03-2009). It will be focussed on the Fire Element and Yang energy in relation to its manifestation as sunlight that is prevalent at this time of the year.
